Every woman is created in the image of a Goddess.
A correct translation of Genesis 1:27 says so.
So why are so many women dissatisfied with how they look?
Marketing People
Marketing people want you to be dissatisfied with yourself, to create artificial wants, so that they can make money out of you by selling you things that you do not need.
Marketing people try to harm you psychologically, to harm your self-esteem and make you feel inadequate.
To try sell you things.
Do not fall for their evil tricks.
Media
Most media is financed by advertising.
So they publish articles that will make you unhappy in general, or dissatisfied with yourself in particular, so that you will read the advertisements and buy things to cheer yourself up.
Fashion
Homosexuals and paedosexuals in the media and fashion industries want women to look like men or children.
But, heterosexual men naturally like women with curves, hips and breasts.
And, women naturally want clothes that are comfortable and durable.
Pornography
Men can get a fetish for silicon and computer enhanced, airbrushed false images of women. And, so lose their natural attraction to women who look like real women are meant to look like.
Indeed, women can even aspire to look like those false images rather than look like what they are – a real woman.
It used to be that young men had to read pornography, to look at airbrushed pictures of silicon enhanced women.
And, so get unrealistic fetishes of what real women look like.
This led men to be dissatisfied with what real women naturally look like.
And, sadly, led to some women, who looked liked women are meant to look like, to having breast enlargement surgery to look like the artificial women in those pornographic pictures.
Now young men only have to read almost any newspaper, or magazine, to see artificially silicon enhanced, even computer enhanced, airbrushed, false images of women.
This not only leads to disappointment at real women by men.
But also to disappointment of real women by real women. Women compete against computer generated images!
Beauty That Comes From Within
Become fit, strong, healthy, happy.
And, your body will radiate your natural beauty that comes from within.
Decoration
For thousands of years women have used clothes, jewellery, hair styles and flowers to decorate themselves.
Grow Your Own Cosmetics
Aloe Vera is very easy to grow and is a very good house plant. You can use the gel in the leaves on your skin.
Perfume
You can perfume yourself by washing with scented, vegetable oil soap. And, by brushing yourself with flowers, like roses, or leaves from scented bushes like lavender and pineapple sage or fruit salad sage.
Similarly, you can perfume your clothes by brushing them over scented bushes like pineapple sage, fruit salad sage and lavender.
Or, by growing scented bushes, under your clothesline, so your clothes brush against them as they dry.
And, you can store scented vegetable oil soap with your clothes.
Cosmetic Surgery – Skin Deep Beauty
Becoming fit, strong, healthy and happy will give you a natural physical beauty that comes from within.
Reconstructive surgery for real deformities, burns and other injuries can be beneficial.
But, cosmetic surgery to make you look like a computer generated, pornographic fantasy figure is neither necessary nor beneficial.
And, can be harmful.
Self-Esteem
Self-esteem will give you confidence in the body your Goddess gave you.
See through the evil spells of the marketing, media, fashion and pornography industries.
Do not let these evil people damage your self-esteem so they can make money out of you.
Overweight
Women, who obsess about losing weight, are in danger of getting brittle, demineralised bones and weak, flabby muscles.
Health and fitness are more important than how much you weigh.
Do you really think that you will be attractive as a decrepit old women with osteoporosis? In a nursing home?
But, as a fit, strong, healthy, happy, athletic woman you will be attractive whatever your age. And, you will not be in a nursing home.
Diets
You cannot live forever on a restrictive diet.
To be healthy and satisfied you need food that:
1: you enjoy;
2: you digest;
3: has all the nutrients you need;
4: provides the satisfaction of eating and of sufficient chewing.
Meals
Resist junk at the point of sale.
Only buy healthy, unprocessed food.
Fruit, nuts, seeds and vegetables.
Do not buy junk food or animals.
Do not have it in your house.
And, if you get the urge to eat junk food or animals then think I cannot be bothered getting it now.
And, I do not want to be cruel to animals anyway.
1: Start off eating some raw fruit.
This can satisfy your need for sugar.
2: Then eat some nuts, peanuts, sunflower seeds or avocados.
These can satisfy you need for oil.
And, your need for chewing.
3: And, then eat some kelp, or other seaweed, to provide you with the trace elements that are often deficient, or entirely missing, from land plants.
And, then you can feel satisfied and not feel the urge for junk food for sugar, oil and something to chew.
But, if you still feel the need for sugar then you could eat some sun-dried fruit – like raisins, sultanas, currents, – or sun-dried sweet potato.
[Remember to clean your teeth afterwards as the sugar in dried fruit have become concentrated and sticky.]
If you still feel the need for oil then eat some nuts, peanuts or avocados.
And, for starch eat bananas, potatoes, sweet potatoes, rolled oats or make cakes out of wholemeal flour.
Healthy Junk Food
If you still feel the need for unhealthy junk food then make your own healthy junk food.
For example make chocolate cakes, or pancakes, by stirring wholemeal flour and carob, or cocoa, into orange juice.
Or, make apple crumble pancakes by stirring wholemeal flour into apple juice.
And, then grill the mixtures as pancakes or bake as cakes or bread.
Exercise
Half an hour of exercise 3 times per week is all that you need to be healthy.
Do some brisk walking up stairs or hills for your heart, lungs, lower body.
Some sit ups for your middle body.
Hold a weight in each hand, and stretch right up on your toes and reach for the ceiling, 12 times, for your upper body, muscle strength and bone density.
And, for balance, stand on one foot, eventually with your eyes closed, while putting on and taking off your shoes.
